Looking to Forage a New Book?

Hello friends, it’s that day, book launch day!

My book all about yarrow is now out and available. It’s 167 pages covering everything you ever wanted to know about yarrow. We cover the history of this wonderful and powerful herb, folklore, traditional and modern day uses. We discuss the research that has been done and backs up the traditional uses, along with what studies are being looked at for future discoveries. I also have sections in the book dedicated to growing, foraging and harvesting yarrow, making sure you are covered whether you grow the herb yourself or hunt for it like we like to do on occasion. And like my previous books, lots and lots of recipes.

I hope you’ll check it out. It’s available on Amazon and Google books starting today. Like our other books, I’m also asking if you’d be so kind as to share this post wherever you can. We’re doing all the work on the book ourselves and there is no budget for advertising so we’re relying on word of mouth to get it out there.
